Work-up to a semi-heavy power clean (5 to 7 minutes)

C. WOD

With a 24 minute running clock:

At 6 minutes
5 minute AMRAP of:
10 power cleans (135/95)
10 plate burpees (25/15)

At 12 minutes
5 minute AMRAP of:
4 muscle-ups (bar or ring) / Rx Lite 10 C2B Pull-up
20 DB Snatch-50/30#

At 18 minutes
300 double unders

Score is total reps (For row, 1 cal = 1 rep)
One person working at a time. Break up reps any way you like.
