“12 Days of Christmas WOD”

Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas”, complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down, adding one exercise per round.

Ex. On the 1st day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, one 20 Double-Unders; on the 2nd day of Christmas my coaches gave to me, 2 Muscle-ups and 1 25 Dubs; on the 3rd day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, 3 Clean & Jerk, 2 Muscle-ups, and 1 25 Dubs; continue with 4 Handstand Push-up, 3, 2, 1 etc. up the ladder and down.

For time:

1 20 Double-unders
2 Muscle-ups (4 Pull-ups)
3 Clean & Jerk (135/95)
4 Strict Handstand Push-up (Pike 1-to-1)
5 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
6 Pistols or jumping squats
7 Toes-to-bar
8 Goblet Squats (53/35)
9 Russian Twists
10 Burpees
11 Jumping Lunges
12 Thrusters (135/95)
