“12 Days of Christmas WOD”

Like the song the “12 Days of Christmas”, complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down, adding one exercise per round.

Ex. On the 1st day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, one 25 Double-Unders; on the 2nd day of Christmas my coaches gave to me, 2 Muscle-ups and 1 25 Dubs; on the 3rd day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me, 3 Strict Handstand Push-up, 2 Muscle-ups, and 1 25 Dubs; continue with 4 Clapping Push-ups, 3, 2, 1 etc. up the ladder and down

For time:

1 25 Double-unders
2 Muscle-ups (4 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups)
3 Strict Handstand Push-up (Pike 1-to-1)
4 Clapping Push-ups (Hand release 1-to-1)
5 Deadlifts (115/75) (Rx+ 135/95)
6 Pistols
7 Hang Power Cleans (115/75) (Rx+135/95)
8 Toes-to-bar
9 Push Press (115/75) (Rx+135/95)
10 Burpees
11 Jumping Lunges
