B. Warm-up
12 minutes to work with the following complex:

1 muscle snatch + 1 hang power snatch (above knee) + 1 hang power snatch (below knee)

Rx+
1 muscle snatch + 1 hang squat snatch (above knee) + 1 hang squat snatch (below knee)

Then, 5 minutes EMOM of complex above at challenging weight.
