Coach led dynamic stretch followed by
8-10 minutes warning up to a moderately heavy power snatch.

C. WOD
Teams of 2

2 Rounds for time of the following:

60 Cal Row *
50 Toes-to-bar
40 Partner Wall balls (20/14)
30 Snatch (135/95) Rx lite (115/75)
20 Muscle-ups (Rx Lite: 40 Strict pull-ups)

* The second round will be a 300m Relay Run (each athlete runs 300m) instead of 60 cal row.
