Open WOD 14.4 (Teams of 2)

2 Rounds for time of the following:

60 Cal Row *
50 Toes-to-bar
40 Partner Wall balls (20/14)
30 Cleans (135/95)
20 Muscle-ups (Rx Lite: 60 pull-ups)

* The second round will be a 400m Relay Run (each athlete runs 400m) instead of 60 cal row.
