21 reps = 7 DL, 7 Hang Cleans, 7 Push Jerk
18 reps = 6 DL, 6 HC, 6 PJ
15 reps = 5 DL, 5 HC, 5 PJ
So on, so for all the way down to
3 reps = 1 DL, 1 HC, 1 PJ
