After Tabata spend a few minutes transferring this skill over to the bar into a toes-to-bar, kipping pull-up, ring/bar muscle-up.
If you struggle with stringing your “Toes To Bar” together, hopefully these tips from @valvoboril and I will help 👍🏽 • – exaggerate your chest forward in your arch position – snap your toes up – after you make contact, drive your legs down and back at the same time you get your chest forward so you’re back in the arch position. – try to keep your head compressed instead of reaching back and looking up • Happy TTB 😃
