Bench Press
3 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 80%
3 or more reps @ 90%

*working weight is based off of 90% of your 1RM Bench Press.

C. WOD

30 Double-unders
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Strict Pull-ups
4 rounds

Rx+ Must go unbroken for each movement or start at the begin of the movement. For example, break at 29 dubs…start over. Or drop 19th wall ball..start over.
