b) 7 Toes-to-bar
EMOM in 10 minutes

C. WOD – Team of 2

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 power snatch (95 / 65 lb.) (Rx+ 115/75)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups (Rx+ 5 muscle-ups)

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 power snatch (95 / 65 lb.) (Rx+ 115/75)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups (Rx+ 6 muscle-ups)

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 power snatch (95 / 65 lb.) (Rx+ 115/75)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups (Rx+ 7 muscle-ups)

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
