10 ab-wheel rollout after each round (with barbell & 25lbs bumpers)
Not for time, but try to finish under 35 minutes.
*Do NOT cycle through these box jumps as fast as you normally would during an actual WOD. Take your time, get those knees up and be explosive! Put a smaller box nearby to step down. For 36” add two 45lbs plates on top of 30” box.
