100 Cal Row (First come, first serve…otherwise 100 cal assault bike or 1 mile run*)

40 Alternating Box Jumpover
20 Muscle-ups (40 Pull-ups)

35 minute cap
* Each athlete runs 800m total — can alternate every 400m.
