Teams of 2
100 handrelease Push-ups
Then 10 rounds of:
10 Deadlifts (185/125)
10 Handstand push-ups
10 Toes-to-bar
10 Box Jumps
10 Pistols
Then run 1600m or row 1600m if it’s freezing cold and/or raining. Break up the 1600m in 400 or 200m increments.
