Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00, perform 3 rounds of:
3 toes-to-bar
6 wall balls (30/14)
9 oh medball lunge
From 3:00-6:00, perform 3 rounds of:
4 toes-to-bar
8 wall balls
12 oh medball lunge
From 6:00-9:00, perform 3 rounds of:
5 toes-to-bar
10 wall balls
15 oh medball lunge
From 9:00-12:00, perform 3 rounds of:
6 toes-to-bar
12 wall balls
18 oh medball lunge

Etc.

Continue for as long as possible until you cannot complete 3 rounds within the 3-minute window. Every 3 minutes add 1 additional toes-to-bar, 2 additional wall ball and 3 additional overhead medball lunge.

Score is total reps.
