150 Power Snatch (115/75)
Athlete (A) rows 250m as a pacehorse while athletes (B) and (C) are chipping away at the movements. Rotate every 250m. Once a movement is complete it becomes a rest station. Team must continue in the same order until all movements have been completed. 25 minute time cap.
