A. Mobility

B. Warm-up

Partner warm-up (2 or 3 athletes)
2016 total reps of the following movements (must do a combination of all movements):
– Row or run in meters
– Double-unders
– Sit-ups
– Push-ups
– Air Squats

For example: 1600m Row + 300 dubs + 50 push-ups + 50 Sit-ups + 16 squats = 2016 (split between 2 or 3 athletes)

C. WOD

On a 10 minute clock;
100 Toes-to-bar* (Rx lite: V-ups)

*After first minute, perform 5 box jumps EMOTM

At 10 minutes, rest 1 minute, then;

On a 10 minute clock;
100 Kettlebell lunges (53/35)**

**After the first minute, perform 3 burpees EMOTM

Score is time or total reps.
