I remember how intimidated I was when I first started CrossFit. Working out with people doing pull-ups, lifting heavy weights and jumping on high boxes scared me but also inspired me at the same time. I wanted to be strong and fit like them. Don’t let intimidation keep you from your fitness goals any longer. We’re now offering King CrossFit Boot Camp. This class is specifically designed to combine cardio, body weight movements with muscle conditioning exercises in a circuit training workout. During each session you will learn a specific skill or movement, use that skill within a timed workout and then end the class with stretching, all within an encouraging small group environment. This is the perfect alternative for those of you that are interested in Crossfit but wish to workout with other people that are at the beginning of their fitness journey. Classes are offered Monday and Friday mornings at 10:15 and Saturday morning at 8:00 starting in March. Cost is $10/cash or $12/credit or debit.
