Come watch UFC 153 at King CrossFit this Saturday (10/13/12) at 7pm. We will be providing food and drinks (maybe a lil' Crown). All we ask are for donations to assist with our athlete's expenses as they compete in the Winter Taranis Challenge in Victoria B.C. This is not your ordinary Throwdown. Our "Regional Team" (Vip, Duy Tiff & Reyna) qualified for this event and were among a handful of teams from the U.S. and Canada that made it. We will have some free drawings for t-shirts and don't forget about the silent auction items. We look forward to seeing you all!
