"For Rachel"

1 mile run. To the stoplight and back (Head North on Lind Ave to the stoplight on 16th ave and back to the box)

Reyna Yamamoto's good friend and member of CF Amped, Sarah recently lost her sister Rachel to cancer and in honor of Rachel we will be doing the following WOD:
