102712 WOD

Warm-up:
30 knee high toe touches
12 Thrusters (45/35)
12 Weighted Good Mornings (45/35)
2 rounds


WOD:

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:

1. Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
2. Ring Dips/Box Dips
3. Box jump overs: 20" box
4. Slam balls
5. Sit-ups

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, with the exception of box dips -- divide by 2. For example, 20 box dips is 10 points.
