10 push-ups
10 lunges (each leg)
3 rounds
WOD:
AMRAP in 16 minutes
Teams of 2
Athlete "A" Rows 300m (pace horse)
While Athlete "B" does the following work:
5 toes thru rings
10 jumping squats w/ bar (45/35)
20 double unders
As soon as "A" is done with the row, he/she continues where "B" left off.
Score is total rounds and reps.
