Warm Up:
400m Run

20 Lunges

WOD:
Behind the head Push Press/Push Jerk
3-3-3-3-3


Met-Con:Team of 2
15MIN AMRAP
12 Push Press 95lb/65lb
12 Hand Release Push-Ups
12 Back Squats

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 200m. Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will run the 200m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
