Warm-up:
800m run
followed by 3 rounds of
20 knee-high toe touches
15 ball slams

10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 Lunges w/ bar on back (95/65, 10 each leg- 20 total)
10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
10 Push Press/Jerk (95/65)
10 Toes-to-bar
10 Burpee Pull-ups
10 Toes-to-bar
10 Push Press/Jerk 
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 Lunges
10 Overhead Squats

Rx+ weight is (115/85) with Burpee Muscle-ups
"Beast Mode" is the actual "Games" Chipper (ask Coach)
