Run to stoplight and back (North on Lind Ave to 16th Ave and back to box)
Followed by PVC stretches (OHS, G'mornings & Pass thru's) and leg kicks.

15 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
9 Overhead Squats (95/65)
EMOM (every minute on the minute) drop everything and do 3 pull-ups
Rx+ (115/75) and 1 muscle-up
15 minute cut-off!
