091212 WOD

Warm-up:
500m row
Followed by 2 rounds of
5 pull-ups
10 ball slams
20 shoulder dislocates

"Burgener Warm-up" as a group prior to WOD.

WOD:
Teams of 2
In 5 minutes complete as many rounds of
3 power snatch (115/65)

6 push-ups (hand release)
9 air squats

Partner 1 must complete all reps (3, 6, 9) before partner 2 can start. You must alternate...meaning you can't do 2 rounds in a row. Partial rounds WILL count towards your score. Score will be total reps. i.e. 1 round = 18, 2 rounds = 36...
3 cycles with a minute rest between each cycle. Rx+ (135/85)
