Warm Up:
400M Run or 500M Row
10 Box Jumps
10 Push-Ups
2 Rounds followed by Shoulder Dislocates.

WOD: Grace
30 Clean and Jerks (135lb/95lb)
for time.

*10 minute cut-off.
