Warm-up:
800m run
followed by 3 rounds of
12 box jumps
12 shoulder dislocates
12 good mornings
WOD:
20 Deadlifts (95/65)
20 Power Cleans
20 Front Squats
20 Push Press/Jerk
20 Back Squats
Athlete must do 4 burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once he/she has completed all 20 reps. Once the coach yells burpees during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their 4 burpees. There is a 15 minute cap. Scale accordingly.
