Warm-up:
30 Double-unders
12 Wall balls
10 Toes-to-bar
3 rounds

WOD:
Team Relay (Teams of 2)
30 Calories on the Rower
600M Run
2 Rounds

End With 70 reps of the "Curtis P" Complex (95/65) Alternate reps with partner.
The following complex is performed without setting the bar down and the lunges are done with the bar in the front rack position:

-Power Clean
-Left lunge
-Right lunge
-Push Press

Only one athlete working at a time. Everyone on your team must finish the row before going on to the run. Everyone must finish the run before going back to the row.

Rx+ is 115/85
Scale Down is 75/55
