Start by warming up with a moderate weight, you get 3 attempts at the 1 rep max

 In teams of 2 As many rounds as possible in 15 min of
7 hand release pushups
7 deadlifts 225/155
100 meter sprint
Only one person working at a time alternate after the sprint
Athletes must wait for their partner to return from the run before they can start the pushups
