King's Kids 7/21/12

It always amazes me how quickly kids can understand how to move. today I introduced two movements from the press series; the strict press and the push press. For some kids it was their introduction to crossfit so they also learned air squats, burpees, and box jumps too! We got to act like animals and play some tag. Today was a good day. See y'all at the next class.
