20 knee high toe touches
15 push-ups
10 toes-to-bar
CF Open WOD 11.1:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders (60 singles)
15 Power snatches 75/55 (No clean & jerk this time since we did it on Monday)
Since
this is a relatively short WOD partner up. Have your partner keep track
of your score. Compare your score to the last time we did it.
