Warm-up:
2 rounds of
400m run
10 box jumps
12 ball slams
20 russian twist w/ slam ball or med ball

WOD:
For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
40 Lunges w/ Kettlebell (20 each leg)
30 Hand release push-ups (Rx+ handstand push-ups)
