Warm Up:
500M Row
followed by
3 Rounds
10 Box Jumps
10 Push Ups
20 Lunges

WOD:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
5 Power cleans (145lbs / 65kg)
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (20lbs to 10' target)

3,2,1 GO!!!

Couple reminders:

-Nutrition Discussion with Todd Widman will be tomorrow from 6pm to 8pm. And please no children. Cost is $10.00.

-Monday class schedule will be 6am, 9am, 12:15pm, 4:15pm & 5pm.
