24 Lunges w/ KB (48 total)

50 Double-unders

16 Burpees
16 Swings
16 Lunges w/ KB (32 total)

50 Double-unders

8 Burpees
8 Swings
8 Lunges w/ KB (16 total)

25 Double-unders

On the Lunges you will take your Kettlebell and hold it at the chest while you lunge.
