Open Gym for the first half of class. Work on one of the major lifts of your choice: Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Deadlift, Squat. Have you heard of the "Wendler" 5/3/1 program. It's a great strength program pre-WOD.

I started Wendler in April but stopped when we switched gyms. I"ve been wanting to start again, it is a great program. I was on my third cycle when I stopped but I'll probably just start over again. I have a spreadsheet that a friend gave me if anyone wants to use it.
