Bench Mark Time

20 Lunges
20 Push Ups (Release at the Bottom)
10 Knees to Elbow

WOD:
"Fran"
21-15-9
Thrusters (95lb/65lb)
Pull Ups
(Partner Up. Your partner will make sure your chin is above the bar and that your are full locked on top of the Thrusters.)
