- 20 Russian Side-to-Side
- 10 Knees to Elbows

WOD
5 Rounds of:
- 20 Overhead Weighted Lunges (10x each leg)
- 20 Box Jumps
- 20 KB Swings
Finish with 700m RUN (RAIN or shine)
