Awesome day at the box today! 61 athletes participated in a WOD at KING CF. I think this is the record for the most number of athletes in one day at KING CrossFit.
Thanks to Alvin, Nancy, and Elissa for doing the "BASELINE" WOD for the first time at KING.
Once again, if you see someone you do not know at the box, please take a moment to introduce yourself. If a trainer asks you some one's name and you do not know them, it's 5 burpees! I mean it!
