Warm-up:
1500m row or 1400m run

WOD:
1 Clean & Jerk (135/85)
1 round of "Cindy" (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
2 Clean & Jerks
1 round of Cindy
3 Clean & Jerks
1 round of Cindy
And so on for 10 rounds
