It seems to duplicate a movement that I'm quite familiar with. I just can't seem to place as to where I've seen that fast back and forth movement with the closed grip! This looks like a very effective workout indeed. Can not wait to try it out, or maybe I already have.
So if I get this thing and do it in the afternoon after my morning crossfit workout, can I count this as doing 2 a days? You don't got shit on me Nick! I'm gonna get ripped sittin on my ass and shakin' my way to 7% body fat!
