15 KB Swings
15 Sumo Dead Lift High Pull
15 Weighted Air Squats
(use the the Same KB for all three)
3 RDS

WOD:
800 M Run
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
40 Air Squats
3 Rds
finish with 800 M Run
