10 Pull Ups2RDS

WOD: The 400
50 Double Unders (4xsingles)
50 Knees to Elbow
50 Burpees
50 Push Press (75lb M/35lb W)
50 Box Jumps
50 KB Swings
50 Walking Lunges or Stationary Lunges
50 Cal Row

Scale the Reps and weight as needed.
