Warm up:
50 double-unders (200 singles)
10 knees-to-elbows
15 push-ups
2 rounds
WOD:
15 wall balls
15 burpees
15 box jumps
Then - 400m row
Do 4 rounds of the movements. When completed you will hammer out a 400m row to stop the clock. Your legs will love you afterwards.
