Congratulations to Jessi Nemens for taking 1st place in the 2nd Annual Kirkland CrossFit Firefighter and Police CrossFit Challenge!
Jessi teamed up with Nick Rozell for the two person competition. And because two WOD's in one day wasn't enough Nick & Jessi teamed up with members of Sumner CrossFit for the four person competition. Great work...next stop CrossFit Games 2010!!!
