Warm-up:
Run 1 mile
20 push-ups
20 air squats

Rounds of 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6 and 3 reps for time of:
Knees to Elbows (x2 for Abmat sit-ups)
Pull-Ups (x2 for jumping pull-ups)
Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
