  2. Great WOD. I found your site while searching for WODs to try. It was awesome.

    Today I also finally got Kipping pullups. Thanks to Michael from http://crossfitMSP.com for his tips so I could pull it all together.

    43 minutes and the only mod was dropping the weight from 115lb to 95lb after the second round. It might have taken a while, but I nailed it.
