Next up...the muscle up!

The muscle-up is arguably one of the toughest exercises to do - most gymnasts would beg to differ. Since many of you are starting to pick-up the kipping pull-up, now it time to step it up with the muscle-up. Watch the following video's to see how it's done. Remember, it's all technique...and a little bit of strenghth!
