Group 1:

10 KB swings
15 box jumps
15 rounds for time
Group 2:
5 burpees
10 push-ups
15 pull-ups
20 squats
25 box jumps
20 squats
15 pull-ups
10 push-ups
5 burpees
250m run
Group 3:

First time doing it and right now I can barely walk! Crazy thing is ... I can't wait to go again! Workout was great and so were the instructors - Keep it up.
