do you have any recommendations for recovery? i think i over worked a couple ass muscles that i didn't know i had. =)

I don't know if I would go as far as to say I enjoyed the workout, but I definitely appreciated it. I'm not sure if my body will fully recover by next Sunday, but if it still in working order, I will be there.
